Hey, I'm Stef. A qualified photographer and self taught artist.
I studied photography at Manchester Metropolitan University where I gained my Ba (Hons) degree in photography. Once completing this I gained my PGCE and became a photography & art  teacher at college level .
I picked my pencils up during lockdown and made it my mission to refine my drawing skills.
7 years into my teaching career we started a family and over my maternity leave I was not only busy being a new mum but busy taking on commissions for pet portraits.
It was suggested by  a friend that I try live illustration for weddings, I dipped my toe in this year and found I loved it! 
I now teach photography part time as my art career snowballs. I love the variety I have in my career, one day I might be developing film in the darkroom and the next I'm sketching live at a wedding. 
 

Outside of work I am the proud Mum of my little girl, she inspires me everyday and features a lot in my doodles!
